We are pleased to invite you to Istanbul, Turkey, for the International Science Symposium “Quality in Science” to be held on September 1-4, 2016. International Science Symposium “Quality in Science” offers a unique platform to foster knowledge in sharing and exchanging experiences in the fields of the health, social science and engineering sciences. We look forward to welcoming you to Istanbul and to your active participation in the International Science Symposium “Quality in Science”.

Official languages in the symposium are English and Turkish. All proceedings submitted to ISS2016 undergo blind review process by at least two anonymous reviewers. The proceedings should be written in good English and/or Turkish and should be 12 pages in length. Pages should included paintings, drawings and graphics. ISS2016 is open to all fields of science. The symposium program consists of three parts. These sections are science and engineering, health sciences and social sciences. Among the studies presented orally in ISS 2016, the most successful ones in 15 categories will be awarded by the symposium organizing committee.
